Countertop Installation
Each installation requires two dates on our schedule.
TEMPLATE DAY
On the template date, we will will come to your home and make precise measurements and templates of your new countertops. This visit is very important. This is your opportunity to give us your input and confirm your decisions on color, edge treatment, backsplash, and accessories. Your cabinets must be secured in their permanent position and sinks and appliances should be on the jobsite. Often the fitting the sinks and appliances is critically close: issues which may arise around making them fit can be resolved, avoiding a delay in the installation. Job site conditions will be reviewed with the goal of insuring that the job meets your expectations without any surprises.
INSTALLATION DAY
The second date is the actual installation. This usually occurs 7 to 15 days after templating, but may vary. You should remove all the items from your lower cabinets prior to installation. When the existing countertops are removed debris will fall into the cabinets. This will be cleaned up at the completion of the job. Then you can return your clean dishes to the clean cabinets.
